Midrash sobre II Samuel 22:41
וְאֹ֣יְבַ֔י תַּ֥תָּה לִּ֖י עֹ֑רֶף מְשַׂנְאַ֖י וָאַצְמִיתֵֽם׃
Fizeste que me voltassem as costas os meus inimigos, aqueles que me odiavam, para que eu os destruísse.
Midrash Tanchuma
Thy hand shall be upon the neck of thine enemies (ibid.). This refers to David, who would descend from him: Thou hast made mine enemies turn their backs unto me (II Sam. 22:41).
